Tried getting compost ability word on this card but there was no wording tight enough for a common that way. This may not be a common, but it is definitely clean.

Commuted Sentence
The revolution will not be televised. Would like to make this be able to target any library, but that seems like it could be a little too messy. Still, sowing that kind of discontent would be pretty sweet.
